Victoria Cunha is the assistant coach for the U17/19 girls teams. A native of Cumberland, Rhode Island, Victoria attended Cumberland High School where she played Division 1 Varsity soccer for all four years. Additionally, she played premier soccer for New England Wave and Lusitania Sports FC.
A 2016 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Victoria obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Whilst attending the University of Rhode Island, she participated in the intramural soccer program, both as a player and as a referee.
While at URI she was able to travel to Tanzania twice to participate in a program called Teaching in Tanzania where they taught a variety of subjects with an emphasis on health and physical education.
Victoria also has previous coaching experience running youth summer soccer clinics, and as a high school assistant coach. Victoria is excited to be a part of our team and looking forward to her future with SCU Tidalwave.
