Tidal Wave SC is dedicated to providing an atmosphere conducive to the learning of proper soccer techniques and skills: two ingredients necessary for enjoyment and success in the game. Tidal Wave SC is a non profit organization whose mission is the development of the individual soccer player.

Unlike many clubs, Tidal Wave SC is a non-profit club organized solely for the purpose of creating an environment conducive for soccer development. All club fees go directly towards players' soccer education. TWSC plays and practices on the finest soccer fields in the area: Bliss Fields and Moses Brown Fields in Rehoboth.

TOURNAMENT NEWS
U13 Storm Finalists at Virginia Beach Spring Classic
The Storm won two, drew one and lost one in the tough competiton of the Annual Spring Classic. They drew three tough Virginia teams and a Massachusetts team and came away with Finalists honors in their first event of Spring 2011.
U16 Sting Finish First in MPS Thanksgiving Showcase: In their first event of Fall 2011, the Sting finished in first place over a strong field that included MPS and Seacoast United.
U18 Tempest are Finalists in MSSL Winter Showcase. The Tempest finished tied for first in points with the HBC Kosmos in the MSSL U19 Showcase Supergroup. Tempest outscored their opponents 7-2 over the course of a weekend against the strongest competition in the tournament.
U17 Riptide Finalists in NEWSS Showcase. The Riptide went 2-0-1, outscoring their opponets 5-2 in taking first place in their bracket before falling in the finals.

Eight Tidal Wave SC teams began the quest for the RI State Cup in 2012: U11 Blue Crush, U13 Swell, U14 Storm, U15 Boys Titans, U16 Sting, U17 Riptide, U17 Hurricane and U18 Tempest. Of those eight, SIX will be participating in the Semi-Finals: U13 Swell, U15 Titans, U16 Sting, U18 Tempest and BOTH U17 teams, Hurricane and Riptide! Congratulations to all of these players and thier coaches. AND good luck on State Cup Weekend!

RI STATE CUP CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND
On Tuesday, May 1, Peter Fratantaro lost his battle with cancer. Pete was the husband of Tidal Wave Breakers Team manager, Judy Fratantaro and Breakers standout, Ariane Fratantaro. Those who called Pete friend, and there are many of us, remember his great sense of humor, his ready smile and his ability to always get us to join him in his enjoyment of life. We will all miss him and I know that you will all join me in reaching out to and supporting his wife, Judy and his daughters, Ari and Nicole. Peace Friend.

Bliss Field Policy on Dogs:
Dogs are not permitted on Bliss Field for games or practices. Please help police this policy. If you see anyone with a dog at Bliss, please ask them to remove their dog from the Bliss property.
For the 2012-2013 Soccer Season Tidal Wave SC intends to field teams in the following age groups:
